What You’ll Need

Cordless Drill
Utility Knife
Screws
Z-Form Countertop Kit
Sink Knockout
Cement Board
Duct Tape

Step 1 – Cement Form and Board Walls

Lay down cement board on the cabinets.
Screw the form walls down to the cement board. The corners should be cut at a 45-degree angle.

Step 2 – Finish Placing Walls

Place the back edging along the wall, screwing it down to the cement board.
Tape over the corners with duct tape so concrete doesn’t leak out.

Step 3 – Sink Knockout

Secure the sink knockout to the cement board.
Lay a straight edge across to make sure it’s the right height.
