    Orders qualify for free shipping if they include at least $24.50 of eligible items.
  • What are Eligible Items?
    Any product marked with “FREE Shipping” on its product detail page qualifies, provided it is fulfilled and shipped by Concrete Exchange.
  • Where is Free Shipping available?
    Free shipping is only available for orders shipped to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Some “FREE Shipping” items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories may not be eligible for free shipping. Additional shipping charges may be required for some items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.
  • Ineligible Items
    Certain items, such as overweight or hazardous materials, are not eligible for free shipping. These items will require a custom shipping quote.

    Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference may affect your order’s free shipping eligibility.

Which shipping carrier does Concrete Exchange use? 
For the 3-10 day delivery option, your order will be delivered by either USPS Priority Service, UPS Standard Ground Delivery, or FedEx Home Delivery. 2 day and overnight air service is provided by FedEx or UPS. LTL orders will be delivered by FedEx Freight, Estes Freight, Old Dominion, or Conway.

How does ConcreteExchange calculate my shipping costs?
Ground, overnight, and 2-day delivery costs are calculated by UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Winter Freeze Warning
Many of the products available at ConcreteExchange.com should not be allowed to freeze. When placing your order please consider your local weather conditions when determining where to direct the delivery. Do not ship your items to an address where no one will be available to receive the delivery. Overnight shipping is recommended for cold climates.

Where does ConcreteExchange ship products?
We ship our products to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping charges may be required for some items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.

Does Concrete Exchange Ship to Destinations Outside of the United States?
We will ship to any designated freight forwarder located within the US. ConcreteExchange will not ship outside the US.

Will My Order Arrive in One Package or Pallet?
It is possible that your order will arrive in multiple packages and from multiple distribution points arriving on different days. You will receive a fulfillment verification email including tracking information upon order fulfillment.

Can I Pick Up My Order From Concrete Exchange in Concord, CA?
Customer pick-up / will-call is available at 5027 Commercial St., Concord, CA, 94520. Not all items on Concrete Exchange are stocked in our Concord warehouse so we recommend you call us at 800.877.6052 to verify the items are in stock. Customer pick-up / will call is available Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm.

How Do I Cancel an Order?
An order may be canceled prior to shipment by calling Customer Service at 800.877.6052 or emailing contact@concreteexchange.com.

How Do I Return Unwanted Merchandise?
Once an order has shipped, any returns are subject to the following Returned Merchandise Policy. All returns must be unused and in resalable condition and require a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) which must be issued within 30 days of receipt of the product. To obtain an RA Number and a return shipping address, please call Customer Service (510.830.1549) or email contact@concreteexchange.com. The RA Number will expire 30 days after issuance and should be affixed to the outside of any return shipment. During winter months, when the risk of freezing is high, precautions should be taken to insure that water-based products do not freeze while in transit.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Warranties
Some products sold by Concrete Exchange, LLC are manufactured by other companies and are sold subject to actual manufacturers’ warranties with respect to defective merchandise. All products should be inspected upon delivery; Concrete Exchange Customer Service (800.877.6052) must be notified within 10 days of receipt of product(s). Defective products will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturers’ warranty. Manufacturers’ warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use or handling, alterations or attempted repairs. An RA Number must be obtained before returning any defective product.
